Walls rise

The plan is the model, cut at 4 ft. Raise the cut and the room stands up.

15'-0" × 6'-0"

Narrow, long and bright. The shower sits at one end and a freestanding tub under the window at the other.

Through the door

The existing 28" door swings out. The 4-gang switch bank sits on the jog wall just inside.

72" double vanity

Floating walnut, a quartz top and two undermount basins. Brass sconces are centered over each mirror.

Shower & WC

Full-width frameless glass with a 24" door. The valve and rain head are on the left wall. An upsized exhaust fan is in front of the WC.

The tub

A ±66" freestanding tub with a wall-mount filler in a 3'-0" tiled knee wall, under the existing window.

Electrical layer

Two sconces, two wet-rated downlights, a ducted fan and two GFCI receptacles on a dedicated 20A circuit.
